On Saturday 4th March our first ever Berlin NNI Dialogue was held, here are a few words from our NNI Agent Wiebke:
“The group chose with astonishing consensus the topic “Balance between self and other (me and we)“. What does it take to be oneself and be connected to others? Why do we conform?
The shared dream was warm, natural and colourful, allowed for diversity, movement, harmony, belonging. It included a continuous creation of possibilities to fulfill individual and collective potential. There was also a voice of worry that such a dream might create boredom and stagnation. Which was a powerful stand for the diversity within the dream, the desire to include thunderstorms in the picture of balance.
The system taught itself that the goal might not be to get rid of fear, but to include the fear as part of our shared human experience.
After completion there was a deep sense of connection and appreciation for a Saturday afternoon well spent. A yearning for deep dialogue was fulfilled that day. Berlin received the gift that NNI brings with openness and gratitude!”
